3rd week in

Well, what can I say? The princess is doing wonderful in school and the teacher is awe of her abilities to read, write and be quite the observer in and out of the classroom.

Last Thursday it was meet the teacher. I was excited to see where she spending her time and what her classroom looked like. The last picture of her class in June was like a bomb went of. BUT, new teacher, things seem to be a lot different. While we were looking around the classroom, I noticed there were pictures posted of the children doing different activities. I noticed in all the outside pictures, Miss Diva seemed to be alone but busy. so when I got a chance to talk with the teacher, she explained.

Miss diva would be the child with a clip board and pencil in hand, ready to go outside and observe her world. She would write stories and then tell them to all three staff in her class, and the same story, all three times. According to Mrs, Bishop, this is amazing for a four year old. She said she is a very smart girl and is all about learning. I was so proud of her and she made my heart swell with pride.

Great job miss diva.

Woodbine shopping centre

On Sunday the weather was not so nice. It was raining and cloudy. We needed to get out of the house, so we decided to go to Woodbine shopping centre, where there is a Fantasy Fair. This place is amazing to take your kids to, when the weather is undesirable outside.
This was the carousel that was there! It was huge and Miss diva loved to get on, get off, get on ,get off. It was nice that parents were permitted to get on too.
The train that goes around the entire fair. They had a cave that the train would go through. The princess was a little unsure but with daddy by her side, she was okay with giving it a try.
Momma and the princess on the ferris wheel...this didn't go fast enough for her. Little daredevil.
Daddy and Miss diva on the carousel together.
                                                                   Miss Diva
This ride was amazing! It was called Spinner and miss diva and I had a blast on this ride.
This is like the tea cups but it's called ships -a- hoy. She loved anything that could spin fast. She kept saying "mommy, spin it faster."
The final ride of the day...The airplanes. She had a great time and will certainly return here in the winter when it's cold outside.

1st Day of Junior Kindergarten

She was very excited to going to school for her first full day. I asked her if she needed help with her back pack and she said" no, mama, I am a big girl, I am going to school." She walked all the way to school. She waited patiently for the bell to ring and went inside. I managed to get 2 kisses before she hurried in the door. This momma walked home with tears in her eyes and a smile on her face.

Waiting for the bell to ring. She did a wonderful job and I am so very proud of her. Love you little princess.
