BLUE

Taking turns stirring the blue jello, they had a wonderful time. We discussed the 1 cup of cold water,1 cup of boiling water and the whole process about how the jello sets in the bowl so we can pour colours on top. They thought it was pretty amazing the the colours didn't mix.

Brownie Time

My three little monkey's all excited to do some serious baking. They thought it was wonderful to be doing this on the floor.

Miss Diva mixing together some of the ingredients, I thought she may be a little scared of the blender but she picked it up and started mixing.
                                                            Pouring in the cocoa
This picture to me is just priceless. They thought it was wonderful to be able to lick the beaters clean.Gotta love the tongue.
Little Alicia was so funny. She saw the other two licking the beaters from the mixers, so she grabbed the spatula and started cleaning it off with her finger...so cute!
S laughed so hard at Miss Diva because she had chocolate all over her face, not realizing that his  face was just as covered.....I love this picture

Tent Fun

We bought Miss Diva a tent a while ago from Ikea. She played with it first coming home but then it was put away and almost forgotten, until the other we were looking for something and she saw it and asked to play with it.

She has played with this tent with her daycare friends for hours. They all love it.

She always has her bling on no matter what...she is a girly girly that's for sure.
This picture was taken through the skylight.....

Cleft Team ....ENT App

So today, I had enough of our princess being congested and her nose running like a river. She has had enough as well because her scar where her cleft lip as been repaired is red and raw from wiping and is crying when she wipes her nose.

I walked the daycare kids to school and came to call McMaster. They said they are sending a referral to the ENT because this is not normal. I know her one tube is completely out and the other is dislodged. So, the fluid isn't draining properly but it's not bad enough to cause ear infections.

They will get back to us with an appointment to see the ENT. They said because it's not urgent we could be waiting up to 2 months for an appointment but if it gets worse to call again.

Anyway, she is doing wonderful otherwise and starting to sound out the sounds of her letters to read, starting to add and subtract and learning her vowels. She is a bright little girl and as been asking about fractions. I bought her some stories about fractions and addition and subtraction. She loves these books and reads them daily. Good job miss diva, we love you.
