Miss Diva had a wonderful year in junior kindergarten. She really enjoyed her time with her teacher, Mrs. Annette Bishop. I believe God placed this teacher in our lives for a reason. She totally understood all my fears and concerns regarding her transitioning into school and all the anxiety that comes with it. She has friends with children from China and "gets it". This was a blessing to us!
She made me a little more at ease and Miss Diva built an attachment to her and really liked her. She was a little sad and cried when I told her that Mrs. Bishop was going to another school to teach different children that needed her help. She will be missed and our school, we lost a very good teacher..
Ms. Pippa Swart is the E.C.E in the classroom and Miss Diva had a harder time with building any sort of relationship until almost near the end of the school year. She will be moving on with Miss Diva to senior kindergarten with Gillian Bectloff. We will surely hear what she thinks of this come September..
