China's referral information is 100% correct

When we received Madisyn's referral information they said that she enjoyed cutting paper. Well, the results are in the they are 100% correct. The good side of this is that she also enjoys tidying it up as well. I thought when receiving that information...yeah right..sometimes you have to take the information with a grain of salt. Now that I have been to her orphanage and now have miss diva home her information was 100% correct. Everything they had in her referral information dossier. We love her to pieces.

My reasons for living

Every once in a while we need to be reminded of the blessings we have in our lives. Just the other day I was reminded of how wonderful Jason is. He never complains about doing dishes, will change dirty diapers, does laundery, dosen't care if I go out, and trust me whole heartedly with everything. From money to Miss Diva. I am turly blessed to have him as my husband and friend. These two are my reasons for living. I love you both very much.

Fooling Around

We had Aunt Doreen and Barry over for dinner one night, we were fooling around with Miss Diva before she headed of to bed. she enjoyed her piggy back ride with baba. She was laughing really hard. Sill Yan Yan

I thought I would join in on the fun. She thought this was very funny that mama was having a ride too.

6 months home..

It's very hard to believe that we have been home 6 months already. She is doing so well and I feel so blessed that God has chosen us to parent this amazing little girl. My heart breaks for her biological  mommy. She made a decision that she knew was best for her daughter. I pray daily for this lady, praying for peace, love and contentment in knowing that her choice has given us the greatest love of all. I hope she knows somehow that she is loved dearly and the centre of her forever family's world.

Today, my heart aches for all the children still in China's orphanges that dream of a family. I saw first hand the need and wish I had the ability to bring them all home. I remember walking out of Miss Diva's Orpanage with tears rolling down my cheeks ,knowing the need that resides inside.

Also, today I remember her Nanny @ Hohhot SWI. She loved Miss Diva dearly, It was written all over her face along with the tears flowing down her cheeks. God has to bless these people because their jobs has to be very difficult. I am sure they get very attached to these kids.

Last, my heart is wanting to return to China sometime in the near the future. I feel that I left something or someone there. If it's God's will for us to adopt again, he will provide the way. 

New Boots

Jason and I are really looking forward to Miss Diva's first snowfall where we can go out to play. We are all ready now, new snowsuit, nanna Dobbie knitted hats and mittens and we just got her new boots. Come on Snow!!!!!
